## What data is collected

The quote form collects your name, email, phone number, the project's postcode, and the information you provide about your project (dimensions, desired tabletop, timing, message, optional photos).

## What this data is used for

Your contact details and the information submitted about your project are used by the partner workshop to review your request and contact you directly with a first estimate — never for other third-party commercial purposes without your explicit consent.

## Who receives your data

Your data goes to NEWP and to the partner workshop responsible for fabrication, for a first estimate and, where applicable, fabrication and delivery.

## Third-party provider used for the form

This site's form is processed by [FormSubmit](https://formsubmit.co/) , a third-party service that relays submitted requests to our email address (contact@newp.fr). FormSubmit processes the data only for the duration of sending the message — see [FormSubmit's privacy policy](https://formsubmit.co/privacy-policy) .

## Retention period

Quote requests are kept for 3 years from the last contact with you — the maximum duration recommended by the CNIL for commercial prospecting data — then deleted. A different duration may apply once a quote becomes an order, to meet accounting and warranty obligations.

## Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning you. To exercise it, contact us at contact@newp.fr.
